Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Ashley has served clients in the area for over 7 years. Ashley got her start in the industry right after graduating from the Old Dominion University where she purchased her first home which is now her investment property. Ashley has a unique career since she holds a full time career with the federal government for over 15 years. After a few years as a solo multi-million dollar producing agent, she has stepped out to open her own franchise brokerage where she can expand in developing agents to be successful with innovative training and opportunities. She is currently the Associate Broker for her brokerage EXIT Capital Realty.
